Backstage IT’s team was scaling fast, but their recruitment operations were heavily manual. Every incoming CV and portfolio had to be reviewed by a recruiter. Outreach was handled case by case, with no structure, no data, and no feedback loops. As demand increased, their bottleneck became clear: hiring velocity was capped by the hours in a day. They needed a way to automate outreach, assess candidate quality at scale, and keep improving as the business grew.
We built a full-stack AI engine that could run their recruitment process end-to-end—with learning built in.
At the top of the funnel, we deployed a Resume & Portfolio Analysis Agent. This system used GPT-powered logic to analyze incoming CVs and creative portfolios, extracting skills, experience, and project context, and ranking candidates based on match criteria defined by the hiring team.
Next, we launched an Automated Outreach Agent that generated and sent hyper-personalized messages across email and LinkedIn, adapting tone and content to each candidate’s profile. Outreach happened 24/7, freeing the team from repetitive messaging tasks entirely.
At the core of the system, we installed a custom MCP (Multi-Criteria Processing) Learning Server. This acted as a feedback loop—capturing hiring manager decisions, interview outcomes, and candidate behavior, and using that data to improve future match scores and outreach strategies. The more the system was used, the smarter it got.
An internal dashboard tied it all together, giving Backstage’s team full visibility into candidate rankings, message status, and AI confidence scores. It wasn’t just automation—it was intelligent infrastructure.

Within weeks of going live, the impact was measurable.
Candidate screening time dropped by over 70%, freeing recruiters to focus on interviews and final-stage conversations.
